We're making moves to reduce our paper usage, and we need your help.
If you're still receiving paper statements, we encourage you to make the switch and register for eStatements.
Registering for eStatements means you'll access your bank statements via Internet Banking or Mobile Banking, instead of by post. We'll send you an email when your statement is ready for viewing. It's fast, convenient, secure and better than a letter! By making the switch, you're helping us to minimise our environmental impact.
Plus, register for eStatements before 15 December 2023, and you'll go into the draw to win one of four $500 cash prizes!*
All you have to do is register for eStatements, and we'll automatically add you to the draw. If you're one of our four lucky winners, we'll contact you to credit $500 to your Beyond Bank account.

It's easy to switch to eStatements.
Register for eStatements via Internet Banking:
- Log in to Internet Banking
- In the menu, select Services, then eStatements Management
- Next to I want to, select Register
- Next to Send to, select whether you'd like to receive your eStatement to your Home Email Address or your Business Email Address
- Enter your email address or make sure the existing email address is correct
- Check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions
- Click Save.
Register for eStatements via Mobile Banking:
- Log in to the Mobile Banking app
- In the menu, select Settings, then Manage eStatements
- Under I want to, select Register
- Under Send to, select whether you'd like to receive your eStatement to your Home Email Address or your Business Email Address
- Enter your email address or make sure the existing email address is correct
- Check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions
- Click Save.
